Our Shipping Policy

We offer free domestic shipping for orders over $100.
For shipping once your payment is authorized and verified, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be process and shipped. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details. Note: Orders are not shipped on weekends ( Fri- Sun.) or holidays. If orders are placed during these times, your order will be processed on the following business day. Please be sure that the shipping information you provide is entered correctly. Including any abbreviations before submitting your order. All orders are currently shipped via USPS.
Once the order is in the possession of the carrier please contact the carrier (USPS), for further tracking or package receiving inquiries. For security purposes an adult signature is required for orders $150 or more.
Savage Posh Boutique is not responsible for packages once given to carrier. This includes lost or stolen packages. For delayed or missing shipment, you will need to contact the carrier (USPS) to file an official claim. As your package is insured any reimbursement will be provided by the carrier. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) For any lost, stolen, or damaged packages, must be reported as a claim to USPS.
If your package is returned for any reason once it has shipped, you may request to have your order reshipped. Savage Posh Boutique is not responsible for any reshipment fees.
In the case we're experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, a representative will contact you via email or phone. For emails regarding orders or any questions email us at info@savageposh.com. Please be sure to include the following in your email first and last name on order, date of purchase, and your order number for reference. Allow up to 24-48 hours for a response.
